Did you know that it is now possible to read your favorite magazines online?

I was surprised to find out about this too. For some years I’d been subscribing to a hobbyist magazine that I really liked but had to pay international posting costs to receive.

It really stuck in my craw that the postal costs amounted to almost as much as the magazine subscription costs. And, of course, I had to wait every month for the postal service to ship it by airmail.

Then a friend started telling me about what he’d read in the latest issue BEFORE I HAD RECEIVED THAT MONTH’S COPY!

I asked him how did he know all this stuff when I hadn’t even received the issue yet?

He told me he read it online, even before ANYONE ELSE had seen their copy. That meant he knew all the latest news and views first!

I signed up that night and cancelled my postal subscription. To my amazement not only was I saving a bundle on postal charges but I also saved on the subscription costs too!

Now I’m the first to admit that reading a magazine online may not be to everybody’s taste. I mean some people just prefer to sit down and leaf through the pages of a glossy mag. But reading online suits me just fine with the added advantage that I can read wherever I am, as long as I have web access.

For example my Apple iPhone is really useful for looking through the content of my favorite magazine online. I can read on the train to work, during my coffee and lunch breaks, and I don’t have to carry a bulky magazine around with me. As I carry my iPhone everywhere I go it’s handy for reading online at any time.

I can read it on my iPOD too. And I can show my friends the latest articles whenever they’re with me.

If you want to see whether you favorite magazine is available online you can surf through all the titles by clicking here…

…I’m pretty sure you’ll find what you want, and save some money too!
